Change of college
Change of college is restricted to only odd semesters of B.E/B.Tech and B.arch. i.e III, V & VII semester and IX semester in case of B.arch. But in case of change of college from VTU to Autonomous & vice versa, change of college is permitted in only III and V semesters.
As of now VTU doesn't allow second shift students and SNQ Quota students to change college.

Students who feel they need to change their branch after II Semester can do so at the beginning of III semester,
