 General Instructions 

1. VTU Youth Fest will starts from 27 th to 31 st March 2015.
2. Last date for participation team entry is 06 th March 2015. 
3. Late entries are not accepted. 
4. Contingent size is fixed at 45 inclusive officials and accompanist. 
5. Registration fees of Rs. 2500/- Up to 10 events an d Rs. 5000/- for 11 events and above.
6. DD should be drawn in the name of Finance officer V TU, Belgavi.
7. Boarding and lodging will be provided for participa nts and officials you are advised to bring bed sheet and locks.
8. Bring your Institution Flags (2 Nos), flag will be displayed at the venue.
9. Bring your own all musical instruments and other re quired materials.
10. Accompanying manager has to be senior faculty / having minimum of 5 years of experience / Physical Education Directors.
